The stage of the Milan Fuorisalone represents for many brands the ideal opportunity for the launch of new products related to the world of industrial design and technology. A now solid union, which finds expression in many forms: from small objects to decidedly more showy installations. During the Milan design week, over 300,000 visitors who came to Milan in the last 2018 edition, had the chance to admire the future from very close. And our agency - with the presence of numerous hostesses, models, and hosts in many of the Fuorisalone's events - had the privilege of collaborating with numerous international brands protagonists of the coolest week in Milan.
If we talk about innovation, we can not fail to mention Byton. The Chinese company has landed in Milan to present its electric concept car in the Brera Design District. Our team of welcoming hostesses has attended potential clients and attendees in both locations chosen by the brand for the promotion of its technological jewel.
One of our hostesses oversaw the stand at the Politecnico di Milano, where visitors had the chance to try out the Byton car through the virtual reality system. In the second location in Via Palermo 11, inside the innovative BLINDARTE space, we managed the security and reception service with as many as six hostesses and three security men.
A close-knit hostess team, who professionally carried out the required tasks and helped to create an elegant and modern environment. In addition to the knowledge of foreign languages - crucial to working during the design week events but not only - the task also required some technical knowledge. The hostesses had to explain to the visitors the possibility of experimenting all the available configurations of the car, through the BYTON application of augmented reality on the smartphone.
“Byton is all about changing mobility and especially about enhancing the time we spend in a car. At the Salone del Mobile and the accompanying Design Week, it’s all about spaces where people feel comfortable as well as a communicative atmosphere and a positive lifestyle. That fits in perfectly with our aspirations and values and we look forward to seeing our audience in Milan,” says Carsten Breitfeld, CEO and co-founder of Byton.
