Beauty and wellness have gathered at the Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2019, the most important exhibition for the beauty, hair, spa and the entire cosmetics sector. From the 14th to 17th of March the trade show was dedicated to packaging producers and the suppliers, named Cosmopack 2019; the next four days saw the perfumery sector protagonist with Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics, while from the 15th to the 18th of March the spotlight turned on beauty treatments and beauty centers with Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon. Definitely a global exhibition, which attracted over 265,000 cosmetic industry operators, 3,033 companies from over 70 countries, and an increase in visitors from abroad of 10%.

Our agency has had a strong presence during this edition, as four international brands have chosen our hostesses and hosts for this very important event, and all coming from different countries. We can say, boasting a little, that BeA Models has made a small trip around the world during the Cosmoprof 2019!
At the Cosmax booth, our charming hots became acquainted with the Korean efficiency, a nation that has seen great growth in the number of exhibitors this year. Andrea is studying international management in Modena, and this experience has turned out to be a fantastic test for him, both from foreign languages point of view and from customer relations.
A brand with which instead we are happy to collaborate since a couple of years at Cosmoprof, is Maica from Germany. The environment is always very relaxed inside their booth and, despite the intense days of work, our team of hostesses had the opportunity to spend many hours together, and to create an excellent bond.
The Cosmoprof fair also represents an opportunity for new and young labels to present themselves to the large international public. This is the case of the Polish brand Renomed, true artists of the scissors with a functional and captivating design, winner of numerous awards. Our hostess Julia was able to discuss in fluent Polish with the Renomed staff, being proficient in this language.
Within our staff of exhibition hostesses and hosts here are so many girls and boys who, in addition to the more widespread languages, are able to converse even in languages of specific countries, thus increasing their professionalism.
The award for the craziest and funniest booth has not yet been established, but we are convinced that brand Bandido Cosmetics from Turkey would have won it without obstacles: it certainly takes imagination to recreate a western saloon inside the leading cosmetics fair. Our hostesses worked while having fun, amazed by the looks of insiders and onlookers.
The undisputed protagonist of this 2019 edition of Cosmoprof, from hair products to skincare without forgetting make-up and accessories, was the environmental sustainability, understood as green and vegan formulations and packaging that is increasingly biodegradable. The participants also had the opportunity to visit an area dedicated to the most innovative technological solutions, in compliance with environmental sustainability and based on the development of a circular economy.
