The 18th edition of the Plast Exhibition closed its doors with a very positive result: 1,500 estimate exhibitors and over 63,000 visitors. The Milano Fiera in Rho hosted the International Exhibition for the Plastics and Rubber Industry from May 9th to 1 June 1st. On this occasion, simultaneously with the Ipack-Ima fairs, the packaging sector trade show; Meat-Tech, the specialized event for meat processing and packaging sector; Print4All, the new format dedicated to the commercial and industrial printing industry; Intralogistica Italia, the event that combines innovative solutions and integrated systems for industrial handling and storage of materials.
An unprecedented formula (named The Innovation Alliance), which has contributed to giving Milan even more prestige in the field of innovation and technology, immediately after the successful Design Week in April. Many foreign exhibitors were present, and numerous also the booths where our exhibition hostesses have performed with great professionalism the duties during this international fair.
Being an exhibition mainly targeted at professionals and at potential clients, our booth hostesses had to learn also the main technical notions in different foreign languages. This is the result of much effort, especially for a technical fair like this one, that deals with technological products with features that are not always easy to memorize. Fortunately, we can count on a young, dynamic team with the right experience to adapt to different tasks within an exhibition or a congress.
PLAST has offered operators an exhaustive technological showcase that covers all production processes and applications. But in the midst of many business meetings and important business contacts, the fair has found space to give a touch of color: in fact, has seen the presence of some artists who have exhibited - in the thematic area "Art & Plastics" - works made with plastic, demonstrating the versatility of this material.
